To order booklets
Bexar County, Texas residents may receive free copies of the English booklet  “I’ve Just Been Diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer: What’s Next?”

Email requests to info@alamocitycancercouncil.org.  

In your request, please state
1)      your name, U.S. Mailing address, and phone number
2)      what organization you are affiliated with
3)      how you learned about the booklet
4)      how many copies you would like
5)      how you will use the booklet
 
Please allow three (3) weeks for delivery.
